BE ADVISED:

This service is designed to assist you in securing a pro se, uncontested, Oklahoma divorce. This process will NOT work for contested divorce or Paternity actions, will NOT work for divorce or Paternity proceedings outside of the State of Oklahoma, and is NOT an agreement for us to represent you. This is a form preparation service ONLY. We will work with you to ensure accuracy in the forms and conformity with Oklahoma law. We will also assist you (where available) with getting your pro se action before the proper Judge.

WARNING:

This process is not intended as a way for you to mediate or work out issues in your matter. These can be contentious things to discuss and deal with amongst persons who are under a lot of stress and pressure. Only enter into this process if you have or a certain that you will have an agreement with the other party.

NOTICE:

Before we contact you to get details of your matter and complete your forms we will do a conflict check to see if there is any conflict with us assisting you in this matter. There are a number of reasons that we may not be able to provide a service to you. If we determine that we are barred from helping you we will process a refund.

CAUTION:

This process only works if you provide correct and accurate information and do not omit or conceal any necessary truths. Failure to COMPLETELY disclose ALL relevant information will hurt you in the future.

NOTICE:

We will only be assisting the preparing party – meaning the party engaging our services and asking for our assistance in preparing a form. That is why we do NOT allow multiple parties to apply for us to help. We will not, without permission, discuss anything with the other party in the case or any 3rd party. Additionally, since we are not entering our appearance in the case, we will not keep any originals or copies of paperwork other than the form submitted here in electronic format. We DO NOT keep records for you.

NOTICE:

This service does NOT cover the filing fee, service costs, or publication costs (if necessary). Those are your responsibility individually.

BE ADVISED:

If there is any contest to the paternity of the minor OR if paternity has not previously been established, but there is NO CONTEST you MUST advise the attorney when they speak with you. If you fill out this form and use our services without providing that notice we presume that that is a valid acknowledgment of Paternity and no further action is necessary.

You will be emailed a limited representation agreement after conflict check is ran.  This will be your contract for services with Wagner and Lynch.

This process is meant only for persons that know the location of the other party. If you do not know where the other party is you should work with an attorney to perfect this process.
