Brecken A. Wagner

Senior Partner

Originally from Missouri, Brecken settled in McAlester in 2007, after a stint first with the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse, and the Missouri Public Defenders Office. A proud member of the Trial Lawyer’s College, Brecken has always focused his practice toward preparing for trial in every case. When not practicing law, he enjoys spending time with his five boys and wife Karie. Brecken loves to travel and is an active member of St. Joesph Catholic Church in Krebs, OK.

Blake E. Lynch

Senior Partner

I like to be active in the communities we work in. I suppose that has multiple implications – I very much like to volunteer for organizations that serve the people in the town and cities we work in and I love to hike, run, mountain bike, play tennis, pickleball….basically anything active, in those same places! I have three wonderful children and a beautiful and intelligent wife. When we are not keeping up with the smalls…and sometimes when we are…we like to travel and explore. I also VERY much love live music and in addition to helping run a music festival I travel to several a year.
