Originally from Missouri, Brecken settled in McAlester in 2007, after a stint first with the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse, and the Missouri Public Defenders Office. A proud member of the Trial Lawyer’s College, Brecken has always focused his practice toward preparing for trial in every case. When not practicing law, he enjoys spending time with his five boys and wife Karie. Brecken loves to travel and is an active member of St. Joesph Catholic Church in Krebs, OK.
